In this Winter Banger we used Beef & Beer sausages to make subs! This sweet, juicy Mac's Interstate IPA matches with the salty beef & is sure to be a hit on game night.

For 4 subs, you will need:

  • 4 x beef & beer sausages
  • 4 x sub rolls
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 4 lettuce leaves

To make:

  1. Cook the sausages in a barbeque or in an oven until cooked through
  2. Warm the sub rolls in the oven for five minutes
  3. Fill with lettuce, fried onion and a quairt of tomato sauce
