A delicious blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe berry fruits extend on to the palate finishing with soft but satisfying rich tannins.

This Cremant de Limoux is made according to traditional method with long in-bottle ageing for a minimum of 24 months. The wine has a yellow-gold colour with green tints and fine lingering bubbles. The nose is fresh with a mix of white flowers, white flesh fruits (peach and green apple) citrus fruit aromas. The palate is characterised by a nice unctuousness and a frank and vivid sparkle. This sparkling wine is powerful, well-balanced with toasted notes of hazelnut on the finish. Enjoy with seafood and white meat, or combine perfectly with chocolate desserts.

The Akarua vineyard is a unique site, measuring 52 hectares, 34.5 of which planted with vines. The estate is tucked into the foothills of the mountains rising above Kawarua River upstream of Lack Dunstan, in the midst of a breathtaking landscape. Located in Bannockburn in the Central Otago region, the vineyard occupies three west-facing terraces and enjoys intense sun all year round. This outstanding terroir lends remarkable character to the Pinot Noir in a reflection of the spectacular mountains surrounding the estate. Floral and spicy, it has a nose of raspberries and blackcurrant, while the pallet derives of black cherry.

Golden, straw colour. Partial malolactic fermentation and weekly lees stirring creates a wine that is both vibrant and textural. Full, dry with sweet peach, nectarine, citrus and biscotti with a lingering stone fruit finish.

Bright and clear with a pale golden hue. Lifted aromas of white peach, pear blossom and ginger spice. On the palate, ripe pears with nectarine and orange peel; and creamy texture which enhances the rich fruit flavours. A spine of fine, balanced acidity leads to a long mineral-infused finish. Well-structured with both the richness and poise that typifies Akarua Pinot Gris.

A classic Marlborough Pinot Noir, showing ripe red berry fruits, plum, chocolate and hints of nutmeg. The palate has a seamless combination of concentrated tannins and a rich supple texture.
