It opens with a burst of juicy red fruit aromas, of strawberry, cranberry and raspberry sorbet which carry through to the palate. Vibrant acidity is enhanced by a creamy texture and notes of vanilla pod. The wine culminates in a mouth-watering finish with hints of white peach.

Powerfully aromatic, with intense passionfruit, capsicum, fennel and white pepper notes. Punchy flavours of citrus and green herbs complete this lively wine, sitting on vibrant fruit acids, and leading to a persistent finish.

This delicate, rose-pink wine shows a riot of red fruit aromas. strawberry, loganberry and redcurrant with cream. This is a dry style of rosé, crisp and refreshing, with more primary red fruits on the palate and a hint of spice.

Full, rich, and smoothly textured, it offers aromas of lightly roasted cashews, pears, white peaches and a touch of quince. On the palate, a lovely even flow leads to a lingering finish with ripe pear, quince, nectarine and savoury flavours coming through in harmony.

Pale lemon in colour with a brilliant, diamond-like clarity, Elston Chardonnay shows captivating notes of roasted hazelnuts, cashews and citrus fruits on the nose, alongside crème brûlée and nougat. Tropical fruit, intense white peach and ripe lemon all radiate across the palate.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.

Vibrant guava and vibrant passionfruit on the nose give way to gooseberry, coriander and aniseed on the palate - rich, complex botanicals that add alluring detail to this wine.

Lifted aromas of grapefruit, toasted almond, and white nectarine are complemented by smoky, savoury notes, white florals and hints of spice. These aromas follow on to complex, supple palate with real depth of flavour. Well integrated toasty oak and a lingering, spicy persistence complete this wine.

Aromas of guava, white currant, and elderflower coupled with the Wairau hallmarks of passionfruit & tropical notes and hints of basil and lime. These follow through to the palate - which is fine and soft with loads of fleshy fruit balanced by a ripe, juicy acidity and lingering minerality.

Notes of mango, fresh citrus, white florals and exotic spices. These lead into a multi-layered palate with flavours of mango, citrus, red apple and lychee with a lingering spiciness. The palate has excellent fruit concentration and weight with lovely creamy texture, plus a mineral edge which gives it great length of flavour.
