LIND & LIME GIN is a Scottish gin produced by The Port of Leith Distillery at the Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Edinburgh. With such a remarkable range of gins now available, we wanted to go back to the very definition of a classic London Dry Gin; a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. This Herbal Liqueur is distilled with local wine grapes and Alpine herbs found in the Piedmont area of Northern Italy. The main herbal plants used are: Gentian root, Gentianella, Aloe, Seaweed, Artemisia Absinthium, Quassia and White Turmeric.

Sourced from a single estate and crafted from 100% blue agave selected from the lowland family-owned ranches where the terroir produces lighter, herbal and citric aromas. Every step of the process is done meticulously from the harvesting of the agave to the labelling of each bottle with the approving signature from one of two Tequila Maestros entrusted to blend each batch of Maestro Dobel. The world's first crystal-clear aged tequila with the complexity of aged cognacs, combined with the crispness of luxury vodkas. A true balance of tradition and innovation.

Made with 100% pure agave and formulated using a blend of Extra-Añejo, Añejo and Reposado tequilas, this exceptional tequila is unique. After the tequila has completed its aging process, it goes through a proprietary filtration process that allows the colour to be selectively removed, while preserving the tequila's complexity and smoothness.
