Whiskey with a floral character. In its primary aromas, corn is perceived with the sweetness of pinole along with an aroma of white flowers, orange blossom and jasmine. On the nose, a freshness similar to that of mint, cardamom and a slight touch of cloves is also perceived. In the secondary aromas there is a lactic note like dulce de leche, and burnt butter. In the tertiary aromas there is vanilla, caramel and toasted nuts.
