Taking an Old World approach and combining it with New World techniques, Cable Bay's vibrant wines are beautifully expressive of the sites upon which they were grown. Blackberry, medjool date and doris plum aromatics bounce from the glass of Five Hills. The palate has solid tannin structure and beautiful shape, which will integrate and soften with time ageing in bottle. There are blackcurrant, chocolate and smoky flavours on the palate, with a mineral texture that is reminiscent of clay pots hot from the kiln, and volcanic rock. The natural acidity of the Malbec provides direction and length.

Corte Vigna is crafted with native grapes from Puglia. This Sangiovese has a complex olfactory fragrance with aromas of fresh fruit and raspberries, good structure and dry flavour.

Enticing aromas of Turkish delight, chocolate, red and black cherries, vanilla and red plum. These follow through to the palate with an added hint of butterscotch and smooth, supple tannins.
