Bombay Sapphire Sunset adds Indian White Cardamom, Turmeric and Mercian Sun-dried mandarin peel to create a softly spiced flavour profile with a background hit of bittersweet citrus. Every batch of Boodles Gin is made with labour and patience. It begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat. The liquid is then re-distilled in a Carter Head copper still, which allows the botanicals to gradually infuse into the spirit.

A carefully selected combination of local and traditional botanicals are vapour distilled in their copper pot still, preserving their delicate flavours. A contemporary dry gin, given a distinctive Golden Bay twist with verdant manuka leaves.

A sophisticated sweet greeting of lychee, golden kiwi fruit, orange, lemon, and syrupy dates supporting underneath. The fruit profile is surrounded by green notes from lemon and coriander leaf, ending with an aniseed finish from the caraway seeds.

State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means they are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from their Dry Gin.
