Introducing Lakeman's new release 3×2 box of Haze, Haze for Dayz. This should hit all the right notes for lovers of hazy's. Joining their biggest seller 5 O'clock Somewhere are two brand-spanking new hazy IPA's Mornin' Glory and Sundowner. Mornin' Glory with an ABV of 5.5% has a fresh, zesty hit of citrus up front followed by sweeter mango notes. Sundowner is a little gem with its creamy body dominated by stone fruit and tropical flavours and comes in at 5.8%.
With more road cones than people in NZ, we thought why not throw some in a brew? Not the orange plastic ones, but the whole cone Nelson Sauvin variety to release their hop oils. Big-hitting Sauvignon notes are layered on a background of Guava and soft bitterness produced by Kohatu. This juicy ale sits on a bready cookie-like base with an oily, candied hop decadence.
For the lovers of Double hazy's! Cryo Sabro, Cryo Talus, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin produces a tropical juice bomb with a glorious flavour profile of coconut, mango, peach, citrus, and grape.
Touched by divine inspiration... or just an honest thirst chasing salvation one step at a time, the latest offering from the church of Lakeman (charitable status pending). Brewed with the purest water and blessed with notes of ripe apricot, juicy peach and bright tangelo this is a heavenly drop worthy of worship.
Lakeman, well known for his brief foray into adult entertainment and that infamous martini glass routine, returns with another showstopper. A balanced sour with an alluring blend of sweet passionfruit and tart lime, vanilla and a touch of hibiscus. Fruity, tart and just the right amount of naughty.
The stuff of legends, the rogue hog roams somewhere beyond the black stump - feared, hunted, but never caught. Like its namesake, this West Coast IPA charges with upfront citrus and pine and then wallows in dankness. Too good not to dive in snout-first.
Don't trust this suited charlatan with the great Mo - this is pure snake oil. No ailments will be healed... but your taste buds? They're in for a proper treat. Bursting with coconut, lime and tropical trickery - smooth, juicy and dangerously convincing. No cures. No miracles. Just pure delicious deceit.
Don't be fooled this no adjunct stout has real depth with decadent roast malt flavours and a mild bitterness that carries throughout finishing with a note of cold-brewed coffee.
Lakeman is truly Taupo proud, and this New Zealand Pale Ale pays homage to their home. It is brewed with iconic kiwi hops Riwaka and Moutere, giving bursts of passionfruit and citrus on an approachable malt.
