Sourced predominantly from a 25-year-old vineyard in northern Stellenbosch, this wine reflects the character of its mountain-framed home. The alluvial soils are rich in decomposed granite, while a cooler, later harvest produced a smaller crop with naturally bright acidity. Hand-picked in the early morning and carefully transported to the cellar, the grapes were handled with care from vineyard to winery to preserve the purity of the fruit.
