Pinot Noir; notoriously difficult to cultivate, but with luck, love & perfect conditions, she will reward you with the performance of a life time - a minx & a devil in disguise, a Fickle Mistress. Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.

Light in colour, luscious pear with hints of honeysuckle. The vibrant palate is refreshing with a textured round finish.

Full of concentrated layers of dark berry fruits and cocoa on the nose. Silky smooth tannins lead to a palate that's long and full of succulent dark red fruits making this wine very drinkable.

Fonseca 10 Year Old Tawny is russet in colour with brilliant crimson highlights and a fragrant, ripe-fruit bouquet. Its smooth, silky texture and subtle oak nuances are balanced by a fresh acidity and tannic 'grip' that culminate in a long, elegant, plumy finish.

Fonseca Tawny spends three years ageing in small wooden casks, generally holding about 630 litres. As it matures in cask, Tawny Port gradually loses the deep red 'ruby' colour of youth and takes on the seductive amber hue known as 'tawny'.

Freixenet Prosecco is golden straw-coloured with lively effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus, apple and flowers. Clean and fresh on the palate with tones of ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The finish is light and fresh.

Fresh and Fruity with a delicate aroma of red fruits and an elegant base of white flowers and apples. On the palate, the sweet and seductive red fruits blend in perfect harmony with effervescent bubbles.

Pretty and lifted on the nose, with notes of rain-washed crushed petals and dusky hedgerow fruit, and the merest hint of spice-cupboard intrigue. The impression on the palate is rounded, with fine and well-integrated tannins and a fresh acidity reminiscent of a fridge-cold blueberry. There are notes of summer fruits here, alongside a darker damson character, and a touch of subtle vanilla. While this will hold up well against the traditional more red-meat based dishes one might associate with Pinot Noir, Fromm also recommend serving it lightly chilled alongside summer salads, chargrilled vegetables, line-caught tuna, salmon or chicken. Their favourite, za'atar spiced salmon with tahini and chargrilled vegetables.
