This wine displays flavours of stone fruit and peach stone with hints of toasty oak complexed with subtle malolactic fermentation characters. The palate has a fullness and creaminess to it which gives it good length while at the same time finishing quite refreshingly dry.

This Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere Valley displays aromas of crisp pear, juicy ripe citrus and ginger notes. Sourced entirely from vineyards located in Southern Marlborough's spectacular Awatere Valley, this vibrant wine displays aromas of lemongrass, sweet capsicum and underlying notes of freshly crushed herbs. The palate is layered with flavours of sweet pineapple, crunchy green apple, and supporting notes of fresh lime and pink grapefruit. With outstanding fruit concentration balanced with zesty underlying minerality, this lively, fresh wine leads to a pure, and focused dry finish.

This Nelson Chardonnay displays aromas of lemon zest, ripe nectarine and subtle flinty, mineral notes from use of French oak. On the palate flavours of white peach, bright citrus and notes of toasted hazelnut take this medium bodied and elegantly textured wine to a lusciously long and persistent finish.

Three steeply stepped, sun-baked terraces on the southern bank of the Awatere River inspired the name of a farm - Triplebank. This pale gold Triplebank Sauvignon Blanc meets the nose with a bouquet of punchy aromatics, from freshly cut capsicum, tomato leaf, citrus, and hints of jalapeño transfer onto a powerful palate. The satisfying palate has notes of herbs and nettle underpinned with grapefruit all bound with in a striking minerality. This wine is complex and layered, inviting you to linger and discover. Seafood of all kinds will be a great match, especially freshly steamed muscles in a garlic and white wine sauce topped with a wedge of lemon and fresh parsley served alongside warm baguette.

Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill.
