Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a reflection of the Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy. Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, the wine is known for its full-flavoured style with excellent Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, firm yet well-rounded structure and balanced oak. Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet Sauvignon provides a frame of fine grained tannins. Date, boysenberry & sweet cinnamon abound. Pair with grilled meats, lamb chops or charcuterie.

Pepperjack Mid strikes a balance between the art of traditional winemaking that Pepperjack is renowned for, and the science of cutting-edge de-alcoholisation and flavour retention technology. Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins.

Named after the family cottage built by Penfolds founder Dr Christopher Rawson Penfold in 1845, Rawson's Retreat honours the winery's rich heritage while offering an approachable taste of classic Australian winemaking. Bursting with ripe raspberry, blueberry and blackcurrant flavours, this generous Shiraz Cabernet is complemented by hints of coffee bean and mixed spice from oak maturation. Soft, rounded tannins and a smooth finish make it an easy-drinking red, perfect alongside grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes or any casual occasion.

The Red Knot Shiraz is vibrant and highly aromatic, displaying ripe berry flavours subtly framed with American and French oak.

The Seifried Nelson Syrah is a big ripe concentrated wine with rich spicy opulent fruits coming through on the nose. The palate is weighty and generous, showing bay leaf, blackberry & Christmas spice with sizable tannins to frame the wine and coat the mouth after the wine is gone.

The wine is black/purple in colour, the nose displays subtle vanilla/cedar oak, mulberry, chocolate, spice and Satsuma Plum. This powerful Shiraz shows distinctive regional characters of dark chocolate, black prunes, pepper, licorice and spicy cedary oak on the palate, with ripe loganberry fruit and oak perfectly integrated.

Deep purple red with primary aromas of blackberry and mulberry. Flavours are enhanced with hints of spice, chocolate and roasted nuts. The full-bodied palate is filled with ripe blackberry fruit and defined by chewy fruit tannins.
