When Tomatin Distillery was established in 1897, the isolated and idyllic setting of Tomatin was almost perfect. However there wasn't a local workforce; the local inhabitants were scattered shepherds and cattle drovers. The company began a project of construction to accommodate its workforce. Since that time the distillery has been at the heart of the community and the community at the heart of the distillery. This legacy has continued and Tomatin remains one of the few distilleries to provide a home for its dedicated craftsmen. Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to The Tomatin Legacy, a non-peaty scotch which boasts aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate gentle waves of fresh fruit peppered with ginger emerge ahead of a light, clean finish.

After 22 iterations uniting global botanicals with the powerful makrut (kaffir lime) Twelfth Hour Dry Gin has a clean, crisp aroma on the nose. An initial hit of makrut on the tongue leads into a long dry finish that sees the revitalizing taste linger on the palate. A punchy gin perfect for summer, though crafted to be enjoyed all year round. Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin begins with a base of locally grown barley distilled into traditional shochu, then redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals. Made with a focus on balance and precision, it reveals delicate floral aromas layered with gentle citrus brightness, capturing the essence of the mountains and coastline of Kagoshima. Elegant and refined, it offers a clean, nuanced gin experience with a soft, fragrant finish.

A seasonal release, celebrating the Chardonnay grape harvest of 2021. With this limited edition bottling it has combined the original Victor Gin botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemon grass, cardamom and coriander, with the fruity, delicate flavour of fresh chardonnay grape must. The distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that they pay homage to this grape. Champagne made from only Chardonnay is referred to as 'Blanc de Blancs' or white of whites.

Vodka Vodka - a spirit that captures decades of adventure, expertise and rebellious innovation. Made with single malt barley, distilled to a premium standard. This vodka has the complexity of Scotch yet the purity of vodka. The Classic flavour is creamy and clean with a mild sweetness. The signature of the vodka is how soft it finishes - all flavours linger on the front and mid-palate where you get a hint of grain/malt and vanilla.

The entry is smooth and slightly creamy, with a surprising depth of flavour. Sweet malt and caramelised sugar dance on the tongue, complemented by a touch of orchard fruits - ripe apples and pears. The peat influence emerges gently, adding layers of earthy smoke that intertwine seamlessly with notes of oak and a hint of coastal brininess. Medium-long and satisfying, with the hint of peat smoke lingering alongside a final flourish of dried fruit and a whisper of dark chocolate.

This delicious American style whisky is made from 51% corn, 21% Rye and 28% Barley. Matured in Waiheke Whisky's oceanside barrel house, it has a grassy, spicy tone with a distinct Rye note that balances the sweetness of the honey. Look for notes of toasted oak, spices and vanilla wrapped in the phenolic sweetness of Manuka honey. Made from peated New Zealand malt, double distilled and aged in American oak casks. Full bodied and easy drinking, Moss is a gateway to New Zealand peat. A crowd pleasing whisky with floral aromas of jasmine, honey, liquorice, vanilla bean and cough syrup, created by the interaction of the lightly peated malt with the American oak wine barrels, which have been shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR). Further maturation in first fill bourbon barrels provides a creamy texture and a long lingering finish with spice and sweet fruit, and a teasing hint of smoke.

With new make crafted from Cryer NZ Ale Malt, this whisky has been aged for five years, with the majority of the ageing process taking place in STR French oak barrels, followed by a finish in ex-Bourbon barrels. On the nose, The Sweetwater presents a sweet bouquet of honey, orange, and vanilla. The palate begins with notes of candied orange, apricot, and honey comb, leading to a dry, peppery finish with hints of lemon and pips. It's not cloying and the tannins from the French oak barrels provide a satisfying finish that leaves you wanting more.
