Named after Mare Nostrum, Latin for the Mediterranean Sea, Gin Mare captures the essence of its coastal origins. Picked only in select areas of the Apennines of Tuscany, the juniper berries are infused in 65% pure wheat alcohol and then distilled in a discontinuous vacuum alembic still to preserve even the most delicate of its aromas.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour our head distiller's mum, Rose, at his little brother's wedding. Rose had recently passed away, and this was his way to have her there in spirit - literally. Carefully-tended flowers, from her rose garden are slowly vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.

Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour. Fusing a smooth Scottish soul with a sweet bourbon heart, this single malt is matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon casks and finished in charred new American oak by Malt Master Brian Kinsman. It opens with vibrant vanilla, caramelised sugar, and ripe summer fruits. On the palate, rich layers of creamy toffee, candied orange, and warm toasted oak lead into a long, sweet finish.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour.
