This classic London Dry Gin is distilled with spring water from the Warner's farm and eleven botanicals, including cardamom and hedgerow elderflower. Elegantly balanced with juniper and spice, this epic gin won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition before its launch in June 2019.

The entry is smooth and slightly creamy, with a surprising depth of flavour. Sweet malt and caramelised sugar dance on the tongue, complemented by a touch of orchard fruits - ripe apples and pears. A seasonal release, celebrating the Chardonnay grape harvest of 2021. With this limited edition bottling it has combined the original Victor Gin botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemon grass, cardamom and coriander, with the fruity, delicate flavour of fresh chardonnay grape must. The distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that they pay homage to this grape. Champagne made from only Chardonnay is referred to as 'Blanc de Blancs' or white of whites.

Verano Lemon is a handcrafted, premium gin inspired by sunny Spain and infused with its fresh colourful local fruits. We infuse our small batch gin with Spanish lemons and then add extract of lemon peel to create a deliciously zesty fruit flavoured gin.

Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.
