This Single Malt Whisky showcases six distinct malts - rather than the traditional one or two - delivering a richer, more expressive flavour with clear regional character. Matured primarily in toasted and charred Australian apera casks, ex-bourbon barrels, and custom 36-month air-dried ex-rye casks, it offers aromas of fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee, and dark chocolate. Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. A burst of intense smoky fruit escapes into the atmosphere - peat infused with zesty lemon and lime, wrapped in waxy dark chocolate. Bold menthol and black pepper slice through the sweet smoke followed by tarry ropes and graphite. Savour the aroma of smoked fish and crispy bacon alongside green bell peppers, baked pineapple and pear juice. Add water and an oceanic minerality brings a breath of cool, briny seaspray. Waxed lemon and lime follows with coal tar soap, beeswax and herby pine woodlands. Toasted vanilla and sizzling cinnamon simmer with warm hazelnut and almond toffee.

Estate-grown Blue Weber agave from 300 ha lowland site, practicing organic. Agave are roasted at 120° C for 15 hours before being fermented in El Llano's original cement vat with house yeast for six to seven days. After being Pot distilled this expression is aged 20 months in used Bourbon barrels. Soft and smooth body with fantastic bouquet. Citrus, dried grass and hints of dried exotic fruits, including almonds and walnuts and vanilla. A long finish with pops of nutty black pepper. Elegant and complex.

Arette is a brand of Tequila produced by the Orendain family. The current masters distillers represent the fifth generation producing tequila. Made from 100% estate-grown lowlands Agave, Arette has always prioritized quality over quantity, preserving the original artisanal practices. After 15 hours of roasting, agave are shredded and fermented with a special house yeast in the distilleries original cement vat for 6-7 days, and finally pot distilled and double-filtered before bottling. The fragrance is zesty and lemony. On the palate, dried herbs, juicy florals, and green pepper come forward, plus a trace of vegetal savouriness. Finishes light, with lively lemon zest. It's mouth-watering, with moderate alcohol feel.

Arette Reposado Tequila is made with 100% blue agave from the Tequila valley region which is known for it's pristine water and clay like soil. This terroir has a big impact on the final quality of the tequila. The agave is cooked in autoclave ovens and roller milled, once distilled it is aged in American oak which gives it extra layers of flavour before bottling. As a result, the tequila is more complex and better balanced. Perfect for sipping or cocktail making.

Sherry Cask 'The Bodega' is a stunning new addition to Arrans core range Matured in some of the finest casks available to the whisky industry, this cask strength 100% Sherry matured Single Malt is both luxurious and elegant with layers of rich sweet spice and oak. With wonderful aromas of Christmas cake spices, orange, chocolate and dried fruits with a dusting of toasty oak.

Every last drop of this spectacular Scotch is triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. This Lowland single malt has the tempting aroma of crème brulee to the nose with a burst of citrus and then the signature nuttiness and green leafiness you would expect from Auchentoshan. On the palate a smooth whisky taste with sweet notes along with hints of tangerine and lime. The finish is gingery and slightly dry with a pleasant, lingering nuttiness.

Aviation Gin is a smoother, softer, more refined take on gin. Unlike junpier-heavy London dry gins, Aviation has citrus and floral flavours in front with juniper in the back.

Inspired by the Bacardí tradition of true-aged rums, this expression has a distinct oak character. Full & moreish it takes ginger, nutmeg and cloves and combines them with freshly baked cinnamon bread. As well as tropical fruit and vanilla flower, there's also a hot brown sugar sweetness of crème brûlée moments after meeting the blowtorch.
