Established in 2001, Waipara Hills is an award winning wine range from the South Island of New Zealand.

Refreshingly lighter in alcohol at 9.5%, Wither Hills Early Light Pinot Gris is deliciously off dry, delivering classic aromas of grapefruit and pear with a spicy apple character.Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar. This lower level of sugar means less alcohol is converted resulting in a lighter in alcohol style of wine.

Established in 1994 and named after the Southern landmark range of the Wither Hills that border the vineyards, Wither Hills has always been dedicated to the philosophy that exceptional wines are created in the vineyard.
