Fords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford of The 86 Company. A modern take on a classic London Dry Gin, Fords starts with a traditional base of juniper and coriander seed and is balanced by citrus, florals and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Each botanical blends together to create the perfect, versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour our head distiller's mum, Rose, at his little brother's wedding. Rose had recently passed away, and this was his way to have her there in spirit - literally. Carefully-tended flowers, from her rose garden are slowly vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.

Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse Gin is one of New Zealand's oldest craft gins. Handcrafted with nine botanicals twice distilled and perfectly blended with water filtering from high in the Remutaka Ranges. A pure, complex gin with notes of magnificent citrus and juniper accents, a finely spiced creamy palate and a soft lingering finish. True to its London Dry Style, it makes an exceptional Dry Martini with a twist of lemon or a classic Gin & Tonic.
