It's the pea blossom, which we discovered in one of the Empress tea blends, that imbues the gin with a distinctive earthy note. The distinct flavour and colour of Empress 1908 comes from the infusion of tea botanicals. No artificial colours or stabilisers are used in its creation - so while the flavour will last forever, its unique indigo hue will not.
