Maker’s Mark is made from a softer winter wheat instead of traditional rye, aged to perfection in small batches of only 19 barrels at a time. The result; a pleasant, mellow taste, never bitter or sharp.

For consistency & quality, every barrel is rotated by hand and aged to taste, not time. Each and every bottle of Maker’s Mark is still hand-dipped in the signature red wax at the Maker’s Mark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky, just like Bill, Sr., would have wanted.

  • A pinch of raw sugar
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • An Old Fashioned glass
  • 45ml Maker’s Mark
  • Ice
  • Orange peel


  1. Muddle a pinch of raw sugar with 3 dashes of bitters in an Old Fashioned glass.
  2. Add 45ml of Maker’s Mark then fill with ice.
  3. Stir and garnish with an orange peel.
